This policy ensures SGMA’s resources are not used directly or indirectly to support prohibited activities or entities under international or national sanctions. SGMA complies with international legislation while maintaining humanitarian neutrality and delivering aid based on need.
Applies across all SGMA operations, regardless of location or role.
SGMA does not engage in activities that compromise neutrality.
High-risk activities require senior management approval and documentation.
All financial data are subject to audits.
SGMA may suspend partnerships if risks are identified.
Reports can be made to the Compliance Officer, Executive Director, or via an anonymous platform. All reports are confidential.
Corrective action plans are implemented as needed.
SGMA will work with donors and regulators to maintain access to populations in need while upholding obligations.
